Great Meols Primary School is an Academy which is part of the Oak Trees Multi Academy Trust. We are a very happy, successful and popular school with dedicated hard-working staff and Governors, supportive parents and delightful children.

We are looking to appoint a suitable skilled, well-motivated and enthusiastic person to join our team as a Caretaker.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, security, and cleanliness of the school premises. This role requires a proactive approach, attention to detail, and the ability to perform a variety of tasks to support the school community. The post holder will manage the cleaning team, allocating tasks where appropriate, and will be a main key holder for the school.

Flexibility in school holidays and at other times is required and may involve unsociable hours. The core hours of work are:

Monday to Friday - 3.00pm to 6.30pm.

They will demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, have the ability to work as a team member and also be able to use their own initiative.
