St Benedict’s Catholic Primary School are seeking to appoint a hard working and highly motivated Caretaker to join our exisiting team.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and dedicated School Caretaker to join our team. The role will include property and site maintenance; the management of the site and site security arrangements; the maintenance and decoration of the buildings as well as health and safety. The successful applicant will: • have a helpful and friendly manner • be able to work as part of a team to carry out low maintenance duties. • be a responsible key holder • have previous experience in painting, caretaking, or a trade skill. • have knowledge of Health & Safety Regulations.

The successful candidate must :-

• Have excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Be pro-active and well organised.
• Be friendly and have a very positive outlook
• Be an energetic team player
• Use their initiative and think on their feet quickly
• Remain calm when working under pressure
