This is an opportunity to make a lasting impact, lead service improvement and inspire a culture of ambition, excellence and innovation.

- Promoting strong safeguarding practice, effective risk management and successful transition planning.
- Building effective partnerships with health, education, housing, adult social care and other key agencies.
- Championing an aspirational corporate parenting culture that encourages young people to reach their full potential.
Who we're looking for
- A qualified Social Worker (BA, MA or MSc in Social Work) with substantial post-qualification experience in children's social care and safeguarding.
- Proven leadership and people management experience, with the ability to motivate, develop and inspire teams.
- Strong knowledge of children's legislation, safeguarding practice and relationship-based social work.
- Experience of managing performance, resources and budgets effectively.
- A commitment to delivering outstanding services for care experienced young people and promoting equality, diversity and inclusion.
