
Care Enabler - Sherbourne Fields School
This non-classroom-based role is physically demanding yet highly rewarding. It offers an exciting opportunity to join a dedicated team of professionals supporting pupils aged 4–19 with a wide range of needs, including physical disabilities, medical conditions, and learning difficulties.
As a Personal Care Enabler, you will work closely with class teams to promote the welfare, dignity, and independence of pupils across the school.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting pupils in implementing personal care programmes throughout the school day
- Providing practical support with personal hygiene
- Supporting pupils with eating, drinking, and toileting needs
- Cleaning, maintaining, and preparing personal care equipment

Salary range
- £25,185 - £26,403 per year
