The Resilient Communities Team is looking for a motivated and reliable Business Support Officer to join our supportive and committed team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in business or project support.
You will provide essential support to the team, facilitating meeting cycles, helping to ensure services run smoothly and effectively. Working closely with colleagues, stakeholders, and external partners, you’ll be involved in a wide range of activities that support programmes aimed at helping vulnerable adults and improving outcomes for local communities. You’ll need to be an excellent communicator, comfortable working with a variety of audiences, and able to adapt your approach as needed.
The role may involve exposure to sensitive and emotionally challenging information relating to vulnerable adults, so a level of personal resilience is required.
We’re looking for someone who is flexible, organised and proactive, with a positive, can‑do attitude. You’ll enjoy working as part of a team, take pride in your work, and be willing to make a strong contribution to the smooth running of a busy service. Salary range
