    Are you passionate about supporting Children and Families?

    Staffordshire Family Hubs are recruiting a Business Support Administrator to join our existing dedicated and experienced team.

    As a Business Support Administrator you will support our Tamworth Family Hubs by providing front of house service to our children and families.

    You will be based within the three family hubs in Tamworth Monday to Friday. The post is for 37 hours however we will welcome discussions relating to a job share.


    Main Responsibilities

    In this role you'll:

    • Requirement to cover reception at Tamworth Family Hub, Leyfields Family Hub, Basin Lane Family Hub.
    • Confidently offer information, advice, and guidance.
    • Taking ownership of the look and feel of the hub ensuring it’s a welcoming environment for our children, families and young people.
    • Support with day to day administrative tasks when on site.
    • We’re looking for somebody with creative skills to support with presentation of information throughout the sites and on our social media platforms.
    • Be confident and competent on IT software including; Microsoft outlook, CANVA, Social media platforms, excel etc.
    • Passionate and committed to continue to develop the Family Hub offer across the Tamworth district.
    • To be flexible with attending events/ open evenings and coffee mornings to represent the Family Hub.
    The Ideal Candidate

    We are looking for you to be,

    • friendly and be able to communicate effectively whilst based in a busy vibrant family hub. A 'can do' and friendly attitude is a must.
    • proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Excel with the ability to produce data reports and have exceptional organisation skills.
    • able to work within clear timeframes as the services respond to time sensitive processes.

    Shortlisting will take place 13th March 2026.

    Interviews will take place from 20th March 2026
