You will play a critical role in the successful delivery of key projects, working closely with stakeholders to make informed decisions by ensuring their needs are understood and their processes are accurately described as well as assisting innovation and ensuring the effective implementation of new systems.

What will you be doing?
**Analyse and Document Requirements**: We work with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyse business requirements for IT infrastructure projects and case management systems replacements.
**Process Improvement**: We identify and recommend improvements to existing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. We also get involved in the design and implementation of new solutions where appropriate.
**Feasibility Studies**: We have the exciting role of taking ideas for innovation and diving deep into the potential opportunity they bring by modelling costs and benefits, researching solutions and establishing a basis for further exploration.
**Stakeholder Management**: We liaise with various departments, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project objectives and requirements.
**Data Analysis**: We use data-driven insights to support decision-making
**Options Appraisals**: We work with stakeholders to make informed decisions through thorough analysis of identified options based on your accumulate knowledge and insight
About you
Successful candidates should:
- Have a degree or equivalent NVQ qualification or proven relevant experience of
- supporting business change.
- Be able to display all round knowledge of the capabilities of ICT to meet business needs.
- Be able to evidence experience of supporting business change through the application of a range of business analysis techniques.
- Be able to evidence skills in, and experience of, the capture, analysis, and documentation of requirements for business change solutions.
- Be able to evidence experience of business process analysis including use of process mapping and task analysis techniques and tools.
- Experience of business process re-engineering and design including process testing and user acceptance testing.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to
- communicate complex issues to a variety of audiences.
- Be able to show experience of supporting the development of business cases and able to carry out cost benefit analysis and risk analysis.
- Have experience in the ability to carry out stakeholder analysis and facilitate group activities such as workshops.
- Have experience of influencing and challenging others, where appropriate, to facilitate business change, and to impact on organisational culture.

- £38,220 - £40,777 per year
