As a Business Analyst in our Digital Services team, youâll play a key role in shaping the future of public service delivery, ensuring our digital solutions are effective, efficient, and aligned with the needs of our residents.
đŒ About the role
Youâll lead small to medium-sized digital projects and support larger, more complex initiatives. Working independently and as part of a collaborative team, youâll manage stakeholder relationships, gather and analyse requirements, and help shape the digital tools and services that support our transformation goals.

Please note, this is a hybrid role and there is an expectation to work from County Council offices in Matlock as required to support collaboration and delivery.
đ§ What youâll be doing
- Acting as a subject matter expert in business analysis, supporting the delivery of digital services across the Council.
- Leading on technical and business requirements for IT systems and services.
- Advising stakeholders on digital opportunities and ensuring solutions meet business needs.
- Supporting the business analysis community by sharing best practice and mentoring others.
- Working with internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex process and technical issues.
đ€ Who youâll work with
- Youâll report to the Lead Business Analyst and work closely with departmental managers, the Digital Services leadership team, and external partners.
- Youâll collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and contribute to working groups that drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- Youâll also liaise with customers, suppliers, and trade unions on matters relating to digital service delivery.

Salary range
- ÂŁ39,865 - ÂŁ43,270 per year
