Curious what it’s like to shape digital transformation at Enfield? Here’s a glimpse into a typical week as a Business Analyst in our Digital Services team.
Monday
You kick off the week by diving into discovery sessions with stakeholders. Your mission? To understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements. Today, you’re mapping processes for a new customer portal, identifying pain points, gathering insights, and ensuring the solution aligns with strategic goals.
Tuesday
It’s all about collaboration. You facilitate a workshop with service teams, using your analytical skills to uncover opportunities for improvement. Later, you refine user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring technical teams have everything they need to deliver high-quality solutions.
Wednesday
You join a project stand-up to review progress and address any blockers. In the afternoon, you analyse data from existing systems, spotting trends and recommending enhancements that will improve efficiency and customer experience. Your ability to turn data into actionable insights makes a real impact.
Thursday
No two days are the same. Today, you’re working closely with a Project Manager on a major transformation initiative. You validate requirements, manage change requests, and liaise with suppliers to ensure technical solutions meet business needs. Your attention to detail keeps projects on track.
Friday
You wrap up the week by updating documentation and sharing findings with stakeholders. You celebrate milestones, reflect on lessons learned, and prepare for next week’s challenges. Before logging off, you check in with your team, ensuring everyone is aligned and ready for the next week.
