This is an incredible opportunity to join Chelmsford City Council as a Level 1 Business Analyst, delivering new and innovative products and services to residents and visitors of the borough. The role is crucial in helping our business teams to deliver excellent services that provide real value to our organisation and customers.
A Business Analyst is an integral part of our software development team, championing our Lean and Agile processes. Applicants must be proactive in approach and have a focused attitude in solving business and user needs.
An outstanding communicator, the successful applicant will have the ability to build relationships, gaining support from our business customers and development team. Working within the software development lifecycle, you will be responsible for the analysis, creation and implementation of the project backlog.
Working for Chelmsford City Council, will include working with a diverse range of services, such as Customer Services, Leisure, Environmental Health, Licensing, Event Management, etc.
