We are looking for a proactive organised and motivated Business Administration Support Assistant to join our busy Administrative Services team
You will provide essential administrative support to business units across the Council. You will be working in a face-paced environment where accuracy and customer care is at the heart of everything you do.
Key role duties include:
- Delivering high-quality administrative support using a range of systems and processes.
- Coordinating workstreams and managing varied administrative ad-hoc tasks for multiple business units
- Handling incoming and outgoing post, ensuring confidentiality and GDPR compliance.
- Producing and maintaining documents, reports and data,
- Supporting wider corporate projects and responding reactively to service needs.
- Keeping up to date with changes to policies, processes and relevant legislation.
You will bring strong administration experience, excellent organisational skills and the confidence to take ownership of varied tasks. In addition, you will be comfortable working independently, prioritising workloads and supporting colleagues needed. You will have proven experience working in a busy administration environment.
