    An exciting opportunity has arisen for an apprentice to join the Operational Support team in Adult Social Care. The team provides administrative and front-facing support to a wide range of teams across Adult Social Care., including teams that are responsible for safeguarding vulnerable adults, carrying out mental health assessments and setting up/reviewing support for adults with social care needs. All operational support officers play an important role in the delivery of services by processing a variety of referrals, data inputting and correcting, handling customer queries which can be by phone, email or face-to-face at reception, as well as using the finance system to process orders for adult social care provisions.

    - Apprenticeships are open to age 16 and over and not in full-time education.
    - Dedication to learning and gaining new skills and an interest in supporting Enfield Council.
    - Knowledge of IT/Technical skills
    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be key for the regular interaction with colleagues from across the Council at all levels of seniority.

    GCSE grade A*-C (grade 4-9 in the new GCSE qualification grades) in English and Maths or equivalents. You will be asked to provide evidence of Maths and English certificates or predicted grades
    Management and Supervision
    You will be working under the guidance and supervision of an experienced member of staff.
