Bursar – Permanent – 37 hours per week. Grade 7 - £31,022 - £34,434 pro-rata. (Actual £26,365- £29,264)

Are you highly organised, financially astute, and passionate about supporting education? Victoria Road Primary School are seeking a dedicated Bursar to join our team. The successful candidate will:

• Oversee the school’s budget, financial planning and reporting
• Manage payroll, procurement and contracts
• Supervise administrative staff and maintain efficient office systems

We are a friendly, inclusive school and were recently judged to be a good school by Ofsted (May 2024). We are looking for someone who has:

• Strong financial management skills
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities
• Experience in finance or business administration (school experience desirable, but not essential)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
