Building Surveying Technician Apprentice (Level 3)
Salary: £24,799 - £25,013 per annum
Contract Type: Full Time/ Fixed Term for 24 months
Hours: 37
Location: Hailsham / Hybrid
Who?
We’re seeking candidates with a keen eye for detail, an interest in construction and design, and a desire to work on real-world building projects.
What will you be doing?
- Participate in building surveys and data collection.
- Assist in analysing building designs and assessing structural integrity.
- Support project planning and development.
- Ensure compliance with building regulations and health & safety standards.
- Conduct site inspections and contribute to technical reports.
