You will be an experienced Building Control Officer with professional membership of CABE or RICS.
Candidates will need to be accredited as a competent surveyor at Class 2 commercial level or working towards their accreditation. Assistance will be provided in gaining accreditation and we are committed to providing training opportunities to maintain your Continuing Professional Development.
You should also be a good communicator with a forward thinking enthusiastic attitude, highly motivated, innovative and customer-orientated.
Crucial to your role will ensure that our service users maintain compliance with building control regulations. You’ll carry out plan evaluations, undertake site visits, and provide effective advice to the service’s users.
There are opportunities to develop skills and take part in formal and informal personal development.
Pendle is in Lancashire’s scenic Pennines, close to the Yorkshire Dales, Lake District, and Manchester.

Salary range
- £39,152 - £41,771 per year
