Bookings & Events Coordinator
Volair is seeking a proactive Bookings & Events Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for coordinating facility hire and event bookings, ensuring a smooth and professional service for our customers, and supporting the Operations Team with effective administration
Salary Grade: Grade F SCP12-17
Salary Range: £28,598 to £ 30,024
Contract: Permanent
Location: Knowsley Leisure & Culture Park (primary base, multi-site)
Hours: 36hours per week
Closing Date: Thursday 4th September 2025 at 5pm
Interviews: Week Commencing Monday 8th September 2025
What you’ll do
- Coordinate and administer bookings across all Volair facilities.
- Keep accurate records using our Leisure Management System (LMS).
- Support customers and ensure all compliance requirements are met.
- Develop strong client relationships to encourage repeat bookings.
- Contribute to sales, lead generation, and the growth of our bookings & events programme.
What we’re looking for
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Customer-focused, with a professional and proactive approach.
- Experience in bookings, events, or administration (desirable).

Level 3 Qualification or similar in event management, hospitality, business administration or related field (Desirable)
