    The Role:

    • Are you highly organised, detail-focused, and passionate about supporting people in crisis? Liverpool City Council is looking for a Housing Solutions Booking and Accommodation Support Officer to join our dedicated team
    • Based at the Cunard Building with hybrid working options, this vital role as the Booking and Accommodation Support Officer involves booking emergency and temporary accommodation for homeless households, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant, and working closely with providers to deliver a seamless service
    • This fantastic Booking and Accommodation Support Officer opportunity is for someone with strong administrative skills and a calm, methodical approach to problem-solving
    • As the Booking and Accommodation Support Officer you will play a key role in supporting vulnerable individuals and families, managing data, resolving accommodation issues, and contributing to the smooth running of our homelessness services.
