We require 2 talented and enthusiastic Behaviour Support Workers to join our outstanding 11-18 school. One of the postholders will work closely with the behaviour team with mainstream students and one will work more closely with our SEND provision.

Duties will include:

  • Working under the guidance of the Senior Leadership Team and Behaviour Support Team to support the school in addressing the needs of all students but especially those who need particular help with behaviour management.
  • Helping modify the behaviour of targeted students to overcome barriers to learning by supporting the completion of their work in the Behaviour Support Area or in class.
  • Establishing productive working relationships with students and where necessary their families.
