The Bonitas Trust are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young students and expects all staff to share this commitment. The successful applicant will need to undertake an Enhanced DBS check.

Employment is with Bonitas Trust and not Bracknell Forest Council. The trust is very popular and for most posts a large number of applications are received - it is therefore not possible to notify all applicants of the outcome. Please accept that if you have not heard within two weeks of the closing date then, unfortunately, your application has been unsuccessful - in which case we offer our best wishes for the future.

Required for September 2026, we are seeking to appoint a positive, dynamic, enthusiastic and personable Behaviour Support Manager to join a highly successful team.

The Behaviour Support Manager will work closely with senior leaders, heads of year, safeguarding staff, learning support staff, teachers, external agencies and families to support students whose behaviour presents a barrier to learning. The postholder will play a key role in implementing the school’s behaviour policy, coordinating targeted interventions, reducing repeat incidents and help students develop self-regulation, resilience and positive relationships.

Ranelagh is an 11-18 coeducational, Anglican Academy (converter) which is oversubscribed and has an excellent reputation for academic achievement and positive school ethos. The school has had four ‘outstanding’ Ofsted reports but we are not complacent and as such the provision for professional learning and development is something of which we are all very proud.

Please do take time to read the job descriptions and person specifications. Potential candidates may also wish to know that our admissions policy enables the school to prioritise the admission of children of staff recruited to posts in which there is a demonstrable skill shortage.

This school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expects all staff to share this commitment. All staff employed in the school must be aware that an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check will be undertaken.

If you are interested in learning more about the position, please contact the Headteacher via, the School Office on 01344 421233 or by emailing recruitment@bonitas.org.uk
