Job Details:

The Active Lifestyle team are looking to recruit a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join their team to deliver a variety of healthy lifestyle initiatives around physical activity, nutrition and behaviour change).

The Development Officer will be responsible for the delivery of a range of lifestyle services including Exercise Referral, Weight Management, NHS Health Checks, Falls Prevention, Children’s Healthy Lifestyle programmes and Fitness Suite cover linked to the priorities of Sefton Council (through Active Sefton. The post holder will also be responsible for leading on specific developments of the services.

The role involves contact with a wide range of individuals from health professionals to patients, well-developed communication and interpersonal skills are essential elements for the post.
