    The Assets Operation Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of BMBC buildings, ensuring efficient management and maintenance of facilities. This role involves coordinating with various teams, managing Building Supervisors and Housekeeping Supervisor, supporting with the Soft FM functions across the BMBC portfolio, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, building inspections and enhancing the overall functionality and appearance of BMBC buildings.

    The Assets Operations Manager will manage the day-to-day operations of BMBC sites, including housekeeping, security, and facility management. Ensuring admin buildings are running smoothly, safely and secure, Support Service Manager with contract management for all soft FM functions, manage a team of staff, providing direction and coordination of workloads and rotas both day to day and for events, support and guidance, dealing with performance management, recruitment, motivation, training, welfare and discipline issues as appropriate and oversee the scheduling of monthly building inspections across the BMBC portfolio, ensuring all repairs and maintenance are reported and managed effectively and in line with Health and Safety procedures, working collaboratively with Hard FM services and site managers.
