As a Corporate Property Asset Advisor, you’ll:

  • Assess the suitability of the corporate estate against service need
  • Use data analysis and research to support key decision-making
  • Help develop business cases that secure investment in public infrastructure
  • Initiate projects that can make a real difference to service delivery
  • Develop and maintain asset management plans

You’ll gain hands-on experience in strategy, property, and public sector delivery—all while developing highly transferable skills.

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need years of experience-we’re looking for potential, curiosity, and a proactive mindset, plus:

  • Knowledge and interest in property, infrastructure, or public sector strategy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Confidence working with data, spreadsheets, and reports

You’ll also be:

  • A self-starter who can manage your own workload
  • Someone who enjoys working with others and building relationships
  • Comfortable presenting ideas and explaining complex information clearly

Location & Travel

  • Based in Lincoln with hybrid working
  • Regular travel across Lincolnshire will be required, including to sites that may not be easily accessible by public transport. Applicants must be able to meet the travel requirements of the role in a reliable and timely way
