    The role:

    • The role of the Apprentice Resettlement and Move On Officer is to assist the team to alleviate homelessness by supporting individuals and families through their resettlement and move on journey into suitable, sustainable and settled accommodation.
    • You will address housing needs, manage thos in emergency, interim and temporary accommodation and ensure the discharge of our statutory duties in colleaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
    • In the role of the Apprentice Ressettlement and Move On Officer, you will assist in the completion of risk and needs assessments for client when necessary.
    • As part of the role you will engage directly with clients in temporary accommodation, supporting their move into independent or supported housing. You will conduct regular reviews, monitor housing plan progress and issue notices.
    • As an Apprentice Resettlement and Move On Officer you will provide tenancy management and maintain liaison with licensor/landlord.

    This role is fixed term for the purpose of the level 3 Housing and property Management Apprenticeship and will end 2 years after you start with us.
