The role:
- The role of Apprentice Print Production Officer will process, produce and fulfill large volumes of documents using sophisticated software packages, databases, IT equipment and mechanical mail processing/inserting machines
- In this role you will be programming, opering and maintaining print production equipment within the Document Solutions Sevice, including the use of high-speed digial printers, wide format printers, high capacity mailing machines and finishing equipment
- In the role of Apprentice Print Production Officer, you will safely operate the departments print finishing equipment, including folders, binders, booklet makers, mail inserts, guillotines (following training)
- The role of requires you to carry out daily and routine maintainence and or repairs to equipment.
- You will comply with all relevant health and safety legislation and guidelines to ensure you and your colleagues are safe
- The role of Apprentice Print Production Officer, you will ensure that all apprprirate documentation and administrative requirements are performed and submitted accuratley and in a timely manner
This role is fixed term for the purpose of completing the Level 2 Print Operative apprenticeship and will end 27 months from the date you start with us.
The role is based at Victoria House, Derby Road, Liverpool L20 1AB
