Join our team as an Application Analyst – Oracle Cloud HCM
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Application Analyst to join our team and play a key role in supporting and enhancing our Oracle Cloud HCM platform.
You’ll work closely with both technical teams and business users, ensuring our systems run smoothly while contributing to ongoing improvements and innovation.
You will bring experience of supporting Oracle HCM, with knowledge of some or all of the following modules:
Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Talent Management, OTL, ORC and BI Publisher.
What’s the role?
You’ll be involved in a mix of support, problem-solving, and continuous improvement activities, including:
- Managing user accounts and security roles, ensuring appropriate access across the system
- Investigating and resolving Oracle HCM incidents raised via our IT service desk, ensuring timely and effective outcomes for users
- Working with third-party support partners to diagnose and resolve complex issues where required
- Supporting system enhancements by working with our Application Specialist, from requirements gathering through to implementation
- Collaborating with business teams and suppliers to plan and deliver quarterly Oracle updates
- Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to optimise system performance and user experience
What we’re looking for
- Experience supporting Oracle Cloud HCM in a functional or technical capacity
- A good understanding of HR and Payroll processes to help you hit the ground running
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively with both business stakeholders and technical partners
- A proactive, flexible approach with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes
You’ll also gain exposure to broader systems, with opportunities to support Oracle ERP activities, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys variety and continuous learning.

Location
The job is primarily based in Laurence House, 1 Catford Road, London, SE6 4RU but we operate a hybrid approach where you will be required to work both in the office and from home on a regular basis.

Salary
£45,852 - £47,925 per annum (P02)
N.B: All appointments will be offered at the minimum spinal column point (SCP) for the grade of the role. The only exception to this will be when matching current salary (up to the maximum of the scale), which is subject to evidential proof.
