
Administrative Coordinator
We are recruiting an Administrative Coordinator at Caerphilly County Borough Council.

An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Caerphilly MyST service for an administrative coordinator, in our Ty Pawb base in Bargoed. MyST is a child and adolescent mental health service for children and young people who are looked after.
MyST is proud of its friendly and supportive working environment, where all team members are thought of as equals, being flexible and able to reprioritise your work to suit the needs of the service is essential. You will be responsible for providing the day to day administrative support to Ty Pawb and the MyST services.
The post will work closely with the Locality Business Support Coordinator based at the MyST regional base in Torfaen, travel will be required.
For the role, we ask that you have:
- 5 GCSEs Grade A*-C or equivalent Level 2 qualifications on the Credit and Qualifications Framework for Wales. Or Relevant Level 2 qualification on the Credit and Qualifications Framework for Wales. For example Business Administration.
- Knowledge of performance indicators and the use of management information.
- General administrative / office experience.
- A Full UK Category B (Cars) driving licence and the use of a motor vehicle insured for business purposes to travel throughout the borough to attend meetings.
