Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and ready to make a real impact? The Amelia is seeking a proactive individual to provide essential administrative and project support across our dynamic team.

What you’ll do:

Keep us on track – Manage documentation, schedule timelines, track contract deadlines, and prepare and distribute meeting notes.
Support our finances – Raise purchase orders, process invoices, and coordinate materials and equipment.
Drive reporting excellence – Establish systems to capture project data, ensuring timely and high-quality funder reports.
Monitor funding success – Track proposals from submission to completion, supporting donor relations and effective administration.
Facilitate operations – Assist with room hires, operational tasks, and smooth day-to-day running of The Amelia.
Engage the public – Support consultations, collating feedback to inform our work.
Measure impact – Collect and compile monthly KPI data for monitoring, case studies, and funding applications.
Stay compliant – Maintain contract and licence records, scheduling reviews and renewals.
Boost communications – Assist with marketing content collation and ensure timely updates across teams.


What we’re looking for:

Experience of working in an administrative role
Level 3 qualification - (A Level or equivalent)
Well-developed IT skills, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Strong time and self-management abilities
Clear communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
Calmness under pressure with a positive, proactive attitude
Initiative, adaptability, and resilience
Willingness to learn and grow with the role
