What is the job role?We are looking for an enthusiastic Admin Assistant to join our busy school office team. This role involves providing a professional front-of-house service and efficient administrative support, while maintaining confidentiality at all times.
The school office is fast-paced and varied, so you’ll need excellent organisational skills, the ability to prioritise, and to remain calm under pressure.

Hours for the role: 7.45 am – 12.45 pm Monday – Friday
Interview date: Thursday, 18th December 25.
Who are we looking for?To be successful in this role, you need to have:
- Strong written English and basic arithmetic skills
- Good ICT skills (Word, Excel)
- Excellent communication and customer service
- Professional, responsible approach
- Understanding of data protection and safeguarding
- Willingness to be part of school life
