Heygarth Primary School would like to invite applications from excellent, enthusiastic and engaging individuals for the post of Administration Assistant - mornings.

What we are looking for individuals to do:
Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbally to greet visitors at our busy school office
Be reliable, enthusiastic, organised, pro-active and calm
Work with our existing office team (consisting of Business Manager, Attendance Officer, and Office Manager) to ensure support services are the best they can be

Scheduled hours of work are 15 per week. This is currently planned for Monday to Friday 9am to 12pm (3 hours each day). The ability to be flexible is useful. The role is initially fixed term with a view to being made permanent depending on funding.
