Administration Assistant Level 3 (School Clerk) – Grade 5

32.5 Hours per week, Term time only, 39 weeks

Permanent

Start date: 1st September 2025 pending recruitment and safeguarding checks.

The Governing Body of White Rose Primary School is looking to employ an experienced, professional, and committed member of staff to lead the work of the school office.

The successful applicant will:

  • have experience of working successfully in a school office or similar
  • have excellent IT skills, and experience of using office-related programmes
  • have a supportive and professional manner when dealing with families
  • be enthusiastic and energetic with excellent communication and people skills
  • have excellent organisational and administrative skills
  • enjoy working as part of a friendly and supportive team
  • enjoy working in a busy and varied environment
  • be keen to work closely with the Headteacher to help ensure the smooth and efficient running of the school day for the benefit of pupils, families and staff
