Are you ready to take on a role that’s both exciting and rewarding? At Tunbridge Wells Borough Council, our Property and Estates Service is at the heart of delivering the Council’s ambitious Strategic Plan. We’re on a mission to maximise the potential of our property portfolio—and we want you to be part of it.
We’re looking for a proactive and organised Administration Assistant to join our dedicated team of surveyors and architects. This is a fantastic opportunity to support the strategic and operational management of the Council’s property assets, contributing to projects that include development, rationalisation, redevelopment, and refurbishment.
What you’ll bring:
- Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Strong administrative skills and the ability to support a multi-disciplinary team
- Confidence using database systems and managing information accurately
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise your workload
- A friendly, team-oriented approach with great communication skills
Customer service is a key part of this role—you’ll be the first point of contact for queries from the public, elected Members, consultants, and internal services.
