Devon Music Education Hub is seeking an enthusiastic and organised Administration and Logistics Co-ordinator to join our Operations Team based in Willand. The Hub works with schools, music educators and partner organisations across Devon to ensure children and young people have access to high-quality music education opportunities.
This is a varied and rewarding role at the heart of our organisation. As the first point of contact for schools, parents, and partners, you will provide administrative and reception support, maintain our first access instrument stock, manage loans to schools, assist with financial processes, coordinate logistics, support events, and be our primary driver delivering instruments to schools every term.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Can manage a busy and varied workload while maintaining a high standard of customer service
- Communicates confidently and professionally, both in person and over the phone
- Is proactive, flexible and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Has good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Holds a full, clean driving licence and is confident driving vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes
- Has experience working within an education, arts or customer-focused environment
- Has an interest in music and musical instruments (desirable but not essential)
About the Role
The role combines office administration with practical operational support. You will coordinate the delivery and collection of musical instruments across the county of Devon, support Hub events, assist with premises management, and transport equipment using the Hub's electric vehicle.

Salary range
- £26,847 - £27,274 per year
