
Admin Assistant
A vacancy has arisen for an Administrative Assistant within our Business Team (30 hours per week - term time only) from February 2026.
Wirral Hospitals’ School is an 11-16 resource for young people who are unable to access mainstream education due to health issues. We are an Ofsted Outstanding school run on behalf of Wirral LA by the Skylark Partnership Trust, which is a specialist multi academy trust for hospital education providers. You will be joining a vibrant, enthusiastic and happy staff team, who are fully committed to ensuring the best outcomes for all our young people.
You will be very organised and have the ability to work using your own initiative, with effective literacy, numeracy and IT skills.
Some experience of school based admin work would be desirable, but training will be given to the successful candidate. The most essential criteria are a passion for the role, a desire to learn, and a strong team ethic.
You will be enthusiastic, friendly and welcoming, and be willing to work as part of the Business Team at Wirral Hospitals’ School.
