Are you passionate about empowering people with limited mobility to live independently? Join our team in Erewash and play a vital role in helping residents adapt their homes so they can continue living safely and comfortably in their own space.

We are looking for a people-focused, proactive, and compassionate individual who thrives on making a positive impact. In this role, you will guide residents through the home adaptation process, ensuring their needs are met with empathy and efficiency. You’ll bring strong customer service experience, excellent organisational skills, and a collaborative mindset that helps your team achieve more together.

What You Will Do:

  • Support residents in accessing home adaptations to maintain independence
  • Build trust and strong relationships with individuals and partner organisations
  • Coordinate services across teams and agencies to deliver the best outcomes
  • Manage your own workload while contributing to a high-performing team

What You Need:

  • Five GCSE passes at Grade 9-4/A*-C (or equivalent) which must include Mathematics and English Language
  • Knowledge of Disabled Facilities Grant legislation
  • Access to your own transport (casual car user allowance provided)
  • A commitment to inclusive, person-centred service delivery
  • This role is subject to a Basic DBS check
