    Job introduction

    The personal advisors in the 18+ Team provide vital support and advice to our Care Leavers during their transition from living in care to full independence.

    You will work with Care experienced young people, some who arrived in the UK as unaccompanied minors, and young people who came into the care system via other routes.

    There are two Personal Advisor Positions - 1 fulltime, permanent contract and 1 part time, 28 hours a week permanent contract.
