Job Title: 1:1 SEND Teaching Assistants (2 roles)
Salary: £8,815 - £12,118 per annum
Hours: 19 hours 10 minutes and 14 hours 10 minutes

The Governors are seeking to appoint a caring, positive and experienced teaching assistant, who ispatient, good humoured and highly motivated to work independently and collaboratively with a focus on building a trustful relationship and in supporting the all-round needs of a Reception child with an EHCP for speech and language and physical needs. There are two roles, one for the morning and the other for the afternoon so that this child is supported across the day by two people. The right candidates will need to communicate well together to ensure a consistency of approach. They should possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal and have a real interest and commitment in supporting the development of the whole child. The candidate should be someone who enjoys working with children with a range of needs on a 1:1 basis and in small groups and has experience of doing this to get the best out of the children they are supporting.
