About the Role
As&nbsp;Families First Project Manager, you will be a key member of the Business and Change team and will provide project management support to the Families First senior responsible officer of the programme to achieve agreed targets, outcomes, and objectives, including impact measurement and evaluation.
Lead the delivery of the Families First programme by managing its structure, scheduling programme boards and workstreams and co-ordinating actions within the families first delivery plan.
To guide and support the team on programme and project management, business intelligence, needs analysis, and gap analysis to inform service planning, strategic decision-making, and delivery of specific project objectives.

Sefton Council is seeking to recruit a fixed term Data Analyst for two years to join its central Business Intelligence &amp; Performance Team, supporting data analysis and reporting for the Adult Social Care service.
Technical experience and practical ability to analyse and report data using MS Excel, T-SQL, and Microsoft Power BI, are pre-requisite essentials. Importantly, we are looking for someone with prior experience of local government and data analysis that includes Adult Social Care.
You will be required to analyse data from the Council’s Adult Social Care case management system, LiquidLogic (System C Software) and other data sources; assist with statutory government returns; produce monthly performance reports; and respond to ad-hoc requests for data. Experience of using the LiquidLogic and or ContrOCC systems is highly desirable. You will also need to demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills, to work closely with others in the Council’s Adult Social Care service area to help to drive data analysis and performance management.
We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about data and analytics and enjoys problem solving. A degree or equivalent in an analytical discipline such as Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent practical experience would be advantageous.

A new national Building Safety Levy is being introduced in October this year. &nbsp;The post holder will have the opportunity to help put the systems for the management and collection of the levy in place and to be responsible for administering the assessment and collection of the levy.
The post holder will need to have the aptitude to help set up procedures for administering the levy and will need to have the ability to read plans and undertake calculations to assess the amount of payment to be made. Good analytical and accounting skills will be needed.
As the levy process is new, we do not expect applicants to have experience in this area, however, applicants will be expected to have significant experience in administrative roles, ideally within a Local Government or public sector setting.

We are seeking a number of people to join our Waste Collection team based at Freighter House, Boreham. Working throughout the Borough you will lead a small crew collecting various household waste from domestic&nbsp;properties. This is a physically demanding role which will also involve repetitive manual handling.
Demonstrating a clear understanding of safe working practices and the relevant legislation associated with driving a HGV/LGV vehicle so that the Council remains compliant with its operator’s licence are essential to being successful in this role.
The possession of a HGV/LGV licence and a current driver CPC card is also an essential requirement for this role.

We are seeking to employ a 1-1 Teaching Assistant to join our fantastic, award winning Early Years Team to support a pupil with additional needs.&nbsp;
We are looking for a hard-working, motivated individual who can show initiative and work as part of a team and who is able to work in a physically demanding role.
The hours are 30 hours per week Term Time only.&nbsp; The contract is as fixed term contract to start as soon as possible until 31st August 2026.
