Healthy, Safe, Behaviours (HSB) Team – Supporting young people with Harmful Sexual Behaviour £52,431.00 to £64,811.00: (with market supplement) up to £72,311.00 (depending on experience)An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Principal Psychologist to join our Healthy Safe Behaviours Team (HSB). This newly configured service supports children and young people (7 to 17 years), open to Birmingham Children’s Trust, who present with harmful sexual behaviour. The team adopt a multi-agency approach, supporting Early Help, Safeguarding, Children in Care and Youth Justice Services; delivering bespoke and tailored interventions and programmes of education and support.We are looking for a Principal Psychologist, with significant experience of clinical leadership, service development, and working from a trauma informed, systemic and developmentally sensitive perspective. This new role will work alongside the operational team manager to provide clinical leadership for the ongoing development and delivery of this service in accordance with the evidence base and current best practice guidance.Previous experience working with children and young people with presentations relating to harmful sexual behaviour would be beneficial. However, we are also keen to hear from psychologists from other specialties with strong skills in complex formulation, assessing and managing risk, supporting teams (leadership, consultation, training), and the ability to look beyond behaviour. Experience working with children and young people who have histories of early adversity, social care or youth justice involvement, childhood trauma &amp;/or significant attachment disruption would also be desirable. This role is a hybrid of office and home working as well as being out on our estates.  This is a very varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. One day you will be visiting residents in their home to discuss affordable payment arrangements and the next carrying out tenancy sign ups. You will be creative in your approach to support customers and ensure optimal income collection. The Role
Supporting the work of the supported housing improvement programme (SHIP) multi-disciplinary team. The team are tasked with scrutinising all aspects of supported housing provision to ensure it provides value for money, good quality accommodation and support service. As a member of the coaching team, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality sessions and courses, and the facilitation of our Pay &amp; Play hire. We are looking for enthusiastic instructors/coaches, who are passionate about the benefits of the outdoor experience and can deliver safe and fun sessions. In addition to activity delivery, you will be required to assist in the general running of a busy leisure and outdoor activity Centre eg equipment storage and maintenance.&nbsp;

As a Graduate Management Trainee on the Impact programme, you will work for two years at&nbsp;Liverpool City Region Combined Authority&nbsp;on a minimum salary of £32,597 (this may increase pending pay negotiations). Over a minimum of three different placements, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects in key areas of council life where you can make a real contribution and gain valuable, career-shaping experiences. You will be supported in these roles through mentoring and a fully-funded learning programme, culminating in a qualification from the Chartered Management Institute.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
Impact is the only national graduate programme specifically for local government and has a high record of success with many graduates moving into management positions in councils after they complete the scheme. The Situational Judgement Test (SJT)  presents you with 24 realistic scenarios that someone might experience in a role on the programme, along with multiple ways of responding. The SJT will appear after you have completed your application question, and you will need to complete the SJT before you can submit your application.&nbsp;
Instructions for the test:&nbsp;
This test is untimed, and it should be completed in one sitting. You will be taken to the assessment page after answering your application questions.&nbsp;
You will need to organise each scenario into the order of response, depending on what you are  most  appropriate or  least appropriate to do for each of the 24 questions. There are detailed instructions within the form.&nbsp;
