The High Peak South Adult Social Work Long Term Team are based in Buxton and we are seeking to recruit an experienced full time Social Worker to join our friendly community-based team of Social Workers and Social Care Practitioners. The successful candidate will be expected to work their 37 hrs Monday to Friday each week. The team are highly supportive and operates on a largely agile, flexible basis across High Peak area of Derbyshire, utilising link worker and champion roles to carry out Care Act (2014) face-to-face and telephone assessments and reviews. Your role will be to form part of the team of four horticulturists that care for and maintain this prestigious collection.
