As a Warm Homes Officer, you will be involved in the delivery of our fuel poverty initiatives aimed at improving the energy efficiency of homes and providing support and assistance to residents to help them save money on their energy bills. The building surveyor role requires a hands-on approach for reactive maintenance in all weather conditions and coordinating/managing planned maintenance and capital projects ensuring adherence to programmes within allocated budgets.
