St Helens Adult and Community Learning is seeking an experienced and ambitious Curriculum Manager to lead our Functional Skills English and ESOL provision.

This is an opportunity to shape a curriculum that supports our residents to develop the skills, confidence and qualifications needed to progress into employment, further learning and active participation in community life.

Making a Difference

As a member of the ACL Management Team, you will provide leadership to a dedicated team of tutors and support staff, driving high standards of teaching and learning, curriculum innovation and positive learner outcomes. You will play a key role in ensuring our provision remains responsive to local need, contributes to Liverpool City Region priorities and supports the Council's ambition to improve opportunities for residents across the borough.

The balance between remote and office-based working is determined at service level based on operational need, however, there has been a minimum specification that staff will work at least 2 days from an office-based location.
