About the Role

Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service, making balanced decisions, and helping to keep communities clean and safe? We're looking for a proactive and highly organised Enforcement Support and Appeals Officer to join our Inspection and Enforcement team, supporting services across Richmond and Wandsworth.

As the Enforcement Support and Appeals Officer, you'll ensure appeals, complaints, and enforcement enquiries are resolved efficiently, consistently, and with sound judgement. Using your strong analytical skills and attention to detail, you'll review complex cases, provide meaningful insights from management information, and support continuous service improvement.
