ASSIST Response Officer

£26,403 - £28,142 per annum (pay award pending)

Fixed term until 31st March 2029

Mansfield District Council are looking for a dedicated individual to join our Assist sheltered housing support scheme.

The Response Officer role is to deliver support to the most vulnerable people and elderly across the Mansfield District in order to facilitate their independence and wellbeing.

The successful candidate will require a Level 2 qualification to demonstrate good literacy and numeracy skills and experience of dealing with people who have a range of complex needs together with knowledge of statutory and voluntary agencies
