Early Help responds to the emerging needs of children and their families, focusing on building their resilience as well as providing help at a time when evidence indicates that support can have the most impact. What is the job role?

Make a real difference to children, young people and families in your community.

We're looking for a passionate and proactive Partnership Co-ordinator to support children, young people and their families by delivering early help services. Working within our integrated Family Hub model, you'll take a whole-family approach to improving outcomes, building resilience and helping families access the right support at the right time.

In this rewarding role, you'll work closely with a wide range of partners including schools, health services, police, community organisations and volunteers to develop and deliver high-quality services that meet local needs. You'll plan and deliver evidence-based programmes, support community engagement, develop new opportunities for families and help shape services through collaboration and innovation.

We have 2 roles: 1 permanent and 1 fixed-term until March 2029.

Who are we looking for?

We're seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic and community-focused professional who is passionate about improving outcomes for children, young people and families.

You'll have experience of working in partnership with a range of agencies, engaging diverse communities, supporting volunteers and delivering programmes that make a real difference. You will understand safeguarding, early help approaches and the challenges faced by families living in disadvantaged communities.

With excellent communication and organisational skills, you'll be confident building relationships, developing services, analysing information and delivering both one-to-one and group support. Most importantly, you'll be committed to empowering families and communities, working collaboratively to create positive and lasting change.

A Level 4 qualification (or equivalent experience) in a relevant field, together with experience in early years, health, community development or family support services, is essential.
