  • Basic knowledge and understanding of computer-based systems
  • Willingness to learn and a proactive approach to their own development

In return we can offer you:

  • Uniform, Phone and PPE all provided
  • Contracted Guaranteed Hours
  • Paid by shift not by call
  • Travel time paid & Mileage paid at 45p per mile
  • Extensive Induction and ongoing training including Care Certificate and Diploma in Health & Social Care
  • Regular 1-1 Supervision/support
  • Development opportunities through succession planning to move into other roles (whole of KCC)
  • KCC standard benefits as outlined in the Blue Book.

We value different skillsets and recognise that career paths are fluid. Whether you aim to manage your own team of people or really hone your specialist skills and become an expert in your area, the opportunity to follow your career goals is available at Kent County Council.
