We are seeking a dedicated Traffic Engineering Clerk of Works to play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality highway construction and maintenance works across our network. You will be responsible for inspecting works on site, supervising contractors, monitoring compliance with specifications, standards, and health &amp; safety requirements, and ensuring that all works, whether planned or reactive, are completed to the required standard. A crucial part of your role will involve providing technical feedback on repairs, identifying defects, and ensuring prompt and appropriate remedial action is taken.
Experience of supervising Traffic, Road Safety and Highway Engineering schemes is preferred but applications will be welcome from construction supervisors with relevant technical knowledge and background experience of quality control and health and safety on site. &nbsp;
You will also need to be able to communicate effectively with residents, members of public, contractors and consultants.
You'll work closely with our Traffic Engineering and Road Safety, Highways Engineering, Flooding, and Street Lighting teams, contributing to the safety, quality, and long-term resilience of our roads, pavements, and transport infrastructure. <li>We are looking for a Team Manager and experienced Approved Mental Health Professional to manage our dedicated AMHP and EDT hub</li>
<li>The Team Manager will lead a team of professional and vocationally qualified staff, providing a service to people presenting with eligible care needs under the Care Act 2014 ensuring that the support offered is consistent with the principles of personalisation to enable them to live as full and independent a life as possible</li>
<li>&nbsp;The Team Manager will provide a person-centred service through partnership and effective liaison with other statutory and voluntary sector services e.g., GPs, voluntary care groups, and others, to develop services that are co-produced and based around the voice of the individual</li>
