What will you be doing?

We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity to join our Adult Social Care team as an Operational Support Services Officer. For a fixed term contract, for 14 months. The role sits within the Operational Support Service, where you will manage a varied caseload and contribute as an additional worker, supporting the operational teams who hold the key worker responsibilities.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting operational teams with Court of Protection Referrals for people who have lost capacity
• Supporting operational teams with genealogy searches
• Protection of property, including pets. Regular visits to properties and arranging access for services on a county-wide basis.
• Co-ordinating and organising workload
• Communicating effectively with external agencies via phone and email
• Managing sensitive information in line with confidentiality and data protection procedures
• Working flexibly as part of a small team to meet tight deadlines.

• Skilled in written and verbal communication
