Educated to GCSE grade C standard or above in maths and English (or equivalent), you will have previous experience of providing a customer focussed, front-line, public enquiry service. &nbsp;You will be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel, and demonstrate confident IT skills.

Mobile Cleaner
Fixed Term for 3 Months
About the role:
We are looking to recruit an experienced and motivated mobile cleaner to join our team. You will play a vital role in keeping council buildings, offices and community spaces clean, safe and welcoming to staff and residents.
You will be required to travel around the Borough and work at various locations.
The role will include driving a Council vehicle between locations whist on duty. This may entail early morning, early evening and weekend shift work.
About the candidate:
We would like to hear from you if have previous cleaning experience, the ability to work independently and manage time effectively along with good communication skills and flexibility to different sites and shifts.

<li>Deliver quality Early Help advice and guidance&nbsp;across the Early Help system, ensuring that learning and development is a priority.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain oversight of&nbsp;Early Help&nbsp;assessments, plans and closures&nbsp;and ensure robust&nbsp;and&nbsp;timely&nbsp;quality assurance&nbsp;</li>
<li>Liaise with and&nbsp;assist&nbsp;our Child Protection and Support Teams in the completion of&nbsp;moving families from Tier 4 to&nbsp;Tier&nbsp;3 or 2 Support&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Work with professionals&nbsp;in our Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub&nbsp;to secure&nbsp;a timely&nbsp;consensus about what needs to happen to safeguard and promote a child’s welfare, and to&nbsp;facilitate&nbsp;dispute resolution where this is&nbsp;required&nbsp;</li>
<li>Develop and deliver service improvements to support&nbsp;Lead Workers from our partner agencies&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
