About the Service and Team

Safeguarding team

This is a small team consisting of the Head of Service of Adult Safeguarding, two senior social workers and the Kingston Safeguarding Adults Board (KSAB) Business Manager. The individual selected will report to the KSAB Business Manager.

About the Role and Our Ideal Candidate

About the role

This individual will support both the KSAB Business Manager and Safeguarding Head of Service. This role will be split 50% supporting the work of the KSAB and 50% with the Access Team developing safeguarding concern management and relationships with partners.

About you

- Experienced minute taking skills. Minutes must be accurate, succinct and also contain a SMART action list.

- Able to organise meetings both virtually and in-person.

- Maintain the website and newsletter.

- Strong IT skills and ability to use graphical packages to develop safeguarding material including posters and videos.

- Collate papers, action trackers, presentations and put together information packs for each meeting.

- Working with safeguarding leads and data analysts to review data and graphically represent this information.
