
Business Improvement Officer

Overall Job Purpose:
We are looking for a Business Improvement Officer to join our business improvement team to maintain, support, and assist with all aspects of improving service delivery within Housing Services. The role also includes supporting the effective use of Housing systems and data to drive improvement. You will analyse performance information, identify trends and areas for action, and help services translate insight into practical, sustainable changes. This will include facilitating workshops, supporting process reviews, and ensuring that new ways of working are embedded through guidance and training.
We are seeking a Business Improvement Officer to help coordinate service reviews, maintain oversight of improvement actions, and support the delivery of change from design through to implementation.
